The pillow and cushion filling system can realize various processes including fiber opening, foam shredding, mixing and filling. It uses sponge (including offcut), unopened polyester cotton, and down feather as raw materials. It can automatically shred the raw materials and mix them with the designated proportion and fill them into various products. Its products feature flat appearance, good flexibility, and are free of granules.
