SZ300 Pillow and Cushion Filling Line (Fiber Opening, Foam Shredding, Mixing and Filling)
The pillow and cushion filling line can realize various processes including fiber opening, foam shredding, mixing, and filling. It uses sponge (including offcut), unopened polyester cotton, and down feather as raw materials. It can automatically shred the raw materials and mix them in the designated proportion to stuff them into various products. The filled products feature a flat appearance, good flexibility, and are free of granules.
Applicable products: sofas, seat cushions, etc.
